The Public Finance Group will complete the research and preparation for a majority of an issuer’s preliminary offering document, including the collection of financial and economic information. Some items of data that are not otherwise accessible from publically available sources will be requested from the issuer. Our offering document preparation services include:

• Gathering demographic and financial data
• Assisting the issuer in ascertaining material facts and circumstances with regard to the proposed financing
• Preparing preliminary and final offering documents
• Coordinating documents review with the working group
• Inputting recommended edits from the working group
• “Deemed Final” letter preparation
• Electronically distributing the preliminary and final offering documents, when required
