Pat Harris
Pat joined the firm in 2018 as Vice President of Client Solutions, where he is responsible for client development efforts, focusing on growing a wide range of investment services for public entities in the Midwest and nationally. Pat has extensive experience working with public entities and nonprofits, and he is an active member of numerous professional finance associations.
Prior to joining PMA, Pat spent over 18 years at BMO Harris Bank and RBC Global Asset Management, where he specialized in investment management, banking and finance for public entities. Before joining RBC in 1999, Pat was an aide to two Ramsey County Commissioners. He served twelve years on both the Saint Paul City Council and on the Metropolitan Airports Commission, where he was recognized locally and nationally for his service. He also served ten years as Commissioner and President of the Saint Paul Regional Water Services. He is a founder of the Serving Our Troops project, serving over 90,000 meals to National Guard Members and their families, and he serves as a Board Member on numerous nonprofits, leading a host of efforts to benefit our community
Pat earned a BA from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
