Luis Estrada Joins the OLAP and PMA Team
PMA, a premier full-service provider of financial and advisory services to local governments, is pleased to announce that Luis Estrada has joined the Oklahoma Liquid Asset Pool (OLAP) team as Coordinator, Sales and Relationship Management.
Prior to joining PMA, Estrada served as Senior Bond Analyst at the Office of the Oklahoma State Treasurer, where he supported state governmental entities in the planning, structuring and issuance of debt. Throughout his career working in state government in Oklahoma and Texas, Estrada held pivotal roles spanning public finance, government relations and policy analysis, showcasing his multifaceted skill set and deep understanding of the financial landscape in local government.
