Walker joined the firm in 2019 and heads PMA’s Nebraska branch office serving Nebraska public entities and communities. He leads the marketing efforts for the Nebraska Public Agency Investment Trust (NPAIT). Previously serving in economic development roles in Nebraska at the state and local levels, as well as a Director of Research for the University of Nebraska Foundation, his Nebraska roots and state-wide experience provide local financial solutions to complex issues.

Walker received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, Masters of Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University, and a Masters Certificate from Villanova University. He holds the Series 7, 50 and 63 securities licenses.
