Charlie joined the firm in 2000 and serves public entities in developing cash management strategies, optimal portfolio structuring, and financial planning. Formerly, he headed PMA Securities’ government securities trading desk and was responsible for the timely and accurate execution of all fixed income securities investments. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and his Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. He holds Series 7, 50 and 63 FINRA licenses.
