Jason joined the PMA team in 2020 and has over 25 years of human resource leadership experience, previously with organizations such as the Verona Area School District, Kenosha Unified School District, Franklin Public Schools, the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Wisconsin State Government. Jason was also owner of Strategic HR Solutions, a consulting firm that specialized in serving the HR needs of public sector organizations in the Midwest.

Jason has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) from UW-Whitewater and a Master of Science in Industrial Relations (Labor Relations and Research Methods) from UW-Madison. He is the former president of the Wisconsin Association of School Personnel Administrators and the Personnel Administrator’s Association, its lobbying arm. Jason has achieved the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP) designation by the Society of Human Resource Management.
