Sara Schnoor joined PMA in 2006 and currently serves as Vice President, Investment Services. She serves as a primary contact for public entities and insurance companies considering cash management and investment services. Sara has extensive experience providing cash flow analysis and bond proceeds management services to public entities.

Ms. Schnoor received her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Norbert College and a Masters in Public Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She currently serves on the Women in Leadership Committee of the Insurance Accounting and Systems Association (IASA) and the Nominating Committee for the IASA WI Chapter. Sara holds Series 7, 50, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
