Scott joined PMA in 2020 and leads Information Technology and Systems Development for the firm, overseeing the technology strategy, software development and technology operations of the platform supporting PMA’s business. An experienced technology leader, Scott has a 25-year track record of leveraging people, process and technology to create business value and transform organizations in a variety of industries.

Prior to joining PMA, Scott served as the Divisional Chief Information Officer for Allstate Investments, where he was instrumental in transforming the business unit’s application platform to a cloud-based architecture while introducing modern development practices like Agile and Continuous Deployment. Before working at Allstate, Scott spent close to a decade with Accenture, delivering large-scale software implementations and working on complex outsourcing arrangements with a variety of clients.

Scott received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He holds a Series 99 securities license.
