The Public Finance Group performs a variety of municipal advisory services, including:

- Recommendation for method of sale, such as negotiated, competitive or direct placement to provide attractive financial terms for our clients

Dissemination Agent Services
The Public Finance Group can assist municipal entities in complying with annual continuing disclosure requirements by acting as an appointed dissemination agent. The Public Finance Group assists in compiling and filing the annual financial information and annual financial report in addition to filing multiple types of reportable events pursuant to SEC Rule 15c2-12, when we are notified of such events by our clients. These annual disclosures may include, but are not be limited to, the following:

- Tax collections and extensions
